I’m Jessica!
I work at the intersection of leadership, learning, and culture—helping organizations build the skills, systems, and trust they need to thrive.
But let’s rewind a bit. For nearly 20 years, I’ve been immersed in the dynamic worlds of advertising and marketing. I had the privilege to hone my expertise within the prominent global ecosystems of Facebook and TikTok, and before that, at smaller, yet innovative, independent advertising agencies. This path allowed me to develop a wide range of skills spanning across marketing, sales, operations, strategy, and more. And while I loved being in the business, my heart has always routed me back to helping others learn and grow.
This passion for cultivating others ultimately led me to learning and development where I established a proven track record of building exceptional teams and empowering other leaders to do the same.
Leadership is hard. Success requires much more than mastering the right skills—we must also adopt the leadership mindset and overcome the mental barriers that hinder our growth.
The good news? Helping leaders to build the essential leadership skills, while also guiding them to move past mental blockers and limiting beliefs to unlock their full potential and achieve greatness is where I find the utmost fulfillment.
Together we can take your leadership to new heights and create a lasting impact on you, your organization and beyond. I can’t wait to meet you!
Inspiration in the desert.
Each year I spend a week in the West Texas desert. During this time I plan intentionally and create space for new ideas. I sharpen the vision I have for my life and further define my purpose in the world. This intentional, focused time ultimately led me down this path of helping leaders grow and thrive.
One thing I’ve always been enamored by during my desert hikes is the Ocotillo. Ocotillos are fascinating, beautiful, and most importantly, resilient plants. They may look dormant at times, but each year when the spring rains come, fiery red blooms burst out of the tip of each of their branches. These red flowers stand-out against the desert landscape like little torches (which, coincidentally, is what Ocotillo means).
The more I learned about the Ocotillo, the more I began to see how leaders can embody their strengths to create a transformative leadership journey, cultivating an environment where team members flourish, overcome obstacles, and achieve remarkable results.
I work with leaders to create teams people are excited to be part of.
