I coach leaders across levels—new managers, senior execs, founders, subject matter experts—giving them space to reflect, recalibrate, and lead with clarity. Some go through CABIN, my structured coaching program focused on self-trust and confidence. Others take a more flexible, personalized path based on their role and what’s coming up in the day-to-day.
