You’re really good at your job. Your track record proves it. But lately, the gap between how things look on the outside and how you feel on the inside is widening, and you’re exhausted from holding it together.
The overthinking. The second-guessing. The way a single hard conversation can derail your entire day. You keep waiting to feel as confident as you’re expected to be.
CABIN is where high achievers stop pushing through, and start leading from who they actually are.
You’ve cracked the external code.
But inside your head, the noise is louder than ever.
Overanalyzing decisions, managing how you come across, bracing for the moment someone figures out you’re not as sure as you seem.
It shows up as delayed decisions. Mixed signals. Unpredictable energy. And your team picks up on it even when you think you’re hiding it well.
But this isn’t a skills problem. And it’s not a strategy problem.
You’re disconnected from your own instincts, your own voice, the very core of what makes you a good leader. And no amount of optimizing or pushing harder is going to close that gap.
What got you here isn’t wrong.
It just can’t carry you into what’s next.
The shift happens when you Lead from Within.
That’s the work. And CABIN is where it happens.
It’s not about becoming more polished or learning more frameworks. And it’s not about fixing what’s broken.
It’s returning to your body, your intuition, your own voice…and leading in a way that actually feels like you.
You show up as yourself instead of who you think a leader should be.
Here’s what that actually looks like, six months from now:
Across six months, we’ll strengthen five core leadership capacities: Clarity, Awareness, Brave Action, Interruption, and Nurture.
Each module builds on the last. Together, they don’t just change how you lead, they change how you experience yourself as a leader.

Before we go anywhere, we figure out who you actually are as a leader, not the version you’ve been performing. You’ll name your core values and what they mean to you specifically, get clear on what brought you here, and draft your leadership purpose. Everything that follows is built on this.

This is where we’ll map your internal terrain. The specific things that knock you off course, how your body reacts before your mind even notices, and the inner voices that try to protect you (whether they’re actually helping or not). You’re not here to judge these patterns, but to become aware of them and stop letting them lead.

You’ll pick a focus area and we’ll build a concrete plan for getting where you want to be: weekly intentions, 2-3 brave actions, and the obstacles you’re already anticipating. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about actually making progress towards what you’ve been putting off.

Old patterns don’t disappear, they show back up in the hard moments. Interruption gives you concrete tools to reset real-time when you catch yourself spiraling or falling back into reactivity. The goal is to notice early enough to actually choose another path.

Change won’t stick if you’re running on empty. Here we’ll look honestly at what fuels you and drains you, and where you’re saying yes when you mean no. Then you’ll build out daily, weekly, and quarterly practices that fit your actual life. Not a self-care checklist, but a real structure that makes everything else more sustainable.
We’ll look back at what shifted: the moments, the tools, the surprises. Then we’ll look forward. What are you carrying ahead, and what are you leaving behind? You’ll leave with a clear picture of the leader you are now and a plan for what comes next.
CABIN is not just for people managers. Whether you lead projects, clients, or just want to lead yourself better, this work is for you.

A few years ago, I quit my $250k job in big tech without much of a plan.
I’d spent years building leadership programs at Facebook and TikTok, and after 17 years of go go go, I had lost sight of myself and the leader I wanted to be. I was leading from reactivity and overwhelm, and it showed. In my decisions. In my relationships. In my mental health.
What followed was a full-on journey. I drove 10,000+ miles solo. Hiked 10 national parks. DIY renovated a 130-year-old house. Read over 70 books, hired a coach (and a therapist for good measure), finished my Co-Active coaching training, and studied as a somatic breathwork practitioner.
My soul, eventually, exhaled.
But here’s the thing. Not everyone has the desire or the means to go full eat-pray-leadership. And they shouldn’t have to.
What I learned from all of it is that the external changes didn’t fix anything on their own. The patterns — the overworking, the self-doubt, the people-pleasing — came with me everywhere I went.
What actually shifted things was finally slowing down enough to hear myself again.
CABIN is everything I had to figure out the hard way, brought into one clear, grounded path…so you don’t have to blow up your life to find your way back to yourself.
Not exactly. CABIN isn’t built around leadership frameworks, management tactics, or communication scripts. The focus is on the internal side of leadership. The patterns, pressure responses, and self-doubt that shape how you make decisions and show up day to day. That said, we absolutely bring in practical leadership tools when they’re useful for your specific situation. They’re just not the center of the work. If you’re primarily looking for more traditional leadership coaching, I offer that too. You can explore that here: Leadership Coaching for Individuals
Both! And that’s the point. The inner work isn’t the destination, it’s what makes the outer change stick. We work on the patterns that drive reactive decisions, delayed conversations, and second-guessing, and then you bring that into your actual leadership, in real time. You won’t leave with insights and no map. You’ll leave with tools you’ve learned to use successfully, and a way of leading that feels genuinely different.
No. CABIN is leadership coaching focused on how you think, decide, and show up in your work. That said, leadership inevitably intersects with the personal side of things, so we do look at patterns, reactions, and internal dynamics when they’re relevant to your leadership. The focus always stays grounded in your real-world leadership context.
No. While many of my clients lead teams, CABIN is really about how you lead yourself. Plenty of leaders I work with are individual contributors, founders, or people stepping into bigger influence without a formal title. If you’re responsible for decisions, direction, or impact in your work, this kind of self-trust and clarity matters.
Somatic simply means body-based. A lot of what keeps us stuck, like the anxiety before a hard conversation, or the reactivity that shows up under pressure, actually lives in the nervous system, not just in the mind. So often we work with that layer directly using simple breath or body-awareness practices alongside the coaching. You don’t need previous experience in it. Most people come in a little skeptical and end up realizing it’s the piece that helped everything else land.
Sustainable change takes time. The patterns you’re working with took years to build. Six months gives us time to surface them, shift them, practice new ways of responding under actual pressure, and lock them in, not just feel good for a few weeks and slide back. The goal isn’t a few weeks of insight. It’s lasting change in how you think, decide, and show up.
When you click “apply” you’ll be able to schedule a 30-minute call to talk about where you are, what’s been hard, and whether CABIN feels like the right fit.
There’s no pitch, just an honest conversation. It’s really about mutual fit. You get to decide if this feels like the kind of support you want, and I’m also making sure CABIN is the right container for the work you want to do.
Before we talk about the path ahead, let’s get a clear view of where you’re currently standing.
In our 45-minute Leadership Lookout Call we’ll:
Get clear on what’s been feeling off, messy, or harder than it should
Look at how you’re currently showing up in the moments that matter
Identify where to focus next so you can lead in a more grounded, intentional way
If it feels aligned, we’ll talk through CABIN and what working together would actually look like.
By the end of our call, you’ll have a clearer sense of your direction and whether CABIN is the right next step for you.
Practical insights for leaders who want to show up calm, clear, and grounded in their leadership.
