Some go through CABIN, my structured coaching program focused on self-trust and confidence. CAMPFIRE Culture Mapping is a guided process that helps your team get honest about how things are working—and what needs to change. We diagnose what’s getting in the way, and co-create a clear path forward grounded in how your team actually wants to work together.

Using the CAMPFIRE framework, we look at key areas like communication, collaboration, trust, decision-making, clarity, and shared expectations.
